  • Issue quotes and orders for new and existing customers into the SAP system
  • Promptly responding to customer queries by working closely with the sales staff as their internal contact point
  • Liaising with colleagues to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.
  • Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.
  • Maintaining of the Customer Database & the Customer Relation Management System
  • Monitor Customer Complaints.
  • Exceed our customer’s expectations through continuous improvement utilising data and developing procedures to meet those expectations.
  • Coordinate Marketing Projects in interaction with the Sales- and Marketing Manager.
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to various departments with possible suggestions for improvement
  • Review pricing with sales and reconcile pricing issues as necessary.
  • Monthly reporting and forecasting preparation.
The Successful Applicant



  • Fluently in Dutch, additionally English and French are a plus
  • Strong organisation skills : ability to work with deadlines, prioritise tasks and mindset focused on solutions-finding
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • SAPor other complex ERP System mastering
  • Experience or strong inclination for people management- perspective to grow in a leadership position in the short or medium term for a team of 3 people
  • Ability to work from the office (Mouscron - Moeskroen) 3 days/week
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
