Career AreaLogisticsJob DescriptionThe customer services supervisor champions superior CAT parts support for EAME dealers, through service-oriented communication channels and through efficient dealer support processes in all parts related matters.He/she is responsible for the timely and accurate administration and coordination of CAT parts ordering processes and all related support activities. One of the key priorities is to maintain and establish efficient communication channels with the dealer network in order to provide high quality service efficiency and to maintain & enhance the business relationship with EAME dealers.Job Duties/Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Supervises the daily activity of a customer services team involving the receipt, acceptance and interpretation of dealers parts orders and related queries.
  • Assures timely and expeditious CAT parts service to dealers in the EAME service territory.
  • Maintains & improves an efficient order system and promotes and contributes to improving parts distribution systems.
  • Coordinates dealer/customer visits/meetings.
  • Prepares and support analysis on KPI’s, communicates and works out improvement plans with dealers and internal/external process partners.
  • Collaborates with District offices on dealer related matters.
  • Required Qualifications: This position requires a Master degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English, French and Dutch.
  • Strong Customer focus and interpersonal skills are vital.
  • Strong analytical skill, drive improvement through facts and figures.
  • Experience and und understanding of Grimbergen parts process and business model
  • Experience with Antares, SPM, Salesforce, PowerBI reporting Grimbergen Operations are an asset.
