Your role:

We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of purpose and ownership. This means that

you will be proactive, quickly adapt to changing situations and create value for both Initio and our amazing clients:

• During your assignments, you will help implement impactful changes and apply the best-practice methodology to ensure sustainable, innovative, and high-performance business transformations.
• Internally, as a member of our Data Practice, you will be involved in research, white papers, training, and new offers development. This will allow you to broaden your competencies and build up knowledge whilst exchanging with your colleagues in an international and open environment.

Examples of projects in which you can be involved with:

Data governance & strategy:

• Identify and prioritize critical data assets and develop and maintain planning, oversight, and control procedures and policies.
• Enable data-driven decisions through advanced analytics, visualization, quality data, and dedicated datasets
• Structure and leverage our client’s data to improve and strengthen their business

Data management:

• Establish the Data organizational framework (data governance, data quality, data traceability, data control)
• Control the regulatory (GDPR) and security framework (cyber risk, reputation risk, etc.)

Data science & analytics:

• Formalize the internal service offers: data visualization, segmentation, automation of business processes
• Be involved in data science projects involving machine learning, data marketing, and customer insight.
• Participate in statistical modeling: scoring, logistic regression, backtesting, stress testing

Are you the one?

• You have a Master’s degree in any relevant field (Business, Economics, Law, Actuary, Data...)
• You have at least 2 years in data strategy, data governance, data management, data analytics & data science.
• Following technical skills is a plus: SAS, SQL, SAP, VBA, R, Power BI, Tableau, Python,..
• Client & customer-oriented, you understand the needs and expectations of the stakeholders
• You have strong curiosity, analysis, oral and written communication skills
• Any additional business or project management certifications are a plus
• You speak native French or Dutch and are fluent in English
