Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is a world leader in the manufacture and sale of cosmetic skin care products, make-up, perfumes and hair care products. The Estée Lauder Oevel Site consists of a factory specializing in tubes, liquids and lipsticks, a distribution center, a coordination center and some international services.

In this role you will lead the Data Integrity program across the Supply Chain function (Operations/Quality) for our Manufacturing site in Belgium/Oevel. You will work closely with the Global Data Integrity Team and will report directly to the Validation Manager.

Your main job responsibilities are:

  • Supporting the design of the corporate DI program as well as oversight across all local GxP computerized systems;
  • Ensuring execution of theData Integrity Compliance Plan with monthly updates;
  • Close collaboration with the Global Data Integrity Team to ensure global alignment on Procedures and Work Instructions.
  • Manage requirements forpurchase, installation and qualification of existing and new equipment, including GXP computerized systems.
  • Governance of Data Integrity procedures to ensure compliance.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience;
  • A vision on how to implement Data Integrity in a strategic way;
  • Experienced in managing and collaborating in a multi-location, multi-vendor environment with an emphasis on process documentation.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, MS project, SAP.
  • Experienced in Supply Chain processesand systems in a Fortune 500 CPG company.
  • Experienced in various laboratory equipment and systems.
  • Experienced in writing Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
  • Knowledge in Validation and CFR 21 Part 11 and Data Infrastructure/Security.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Experience with CSV is a plus.
