Introductie

Service Market Logistics, een onbekend begrip voor velen, maar een betekenisvolle dienst bij Volvo Group. Zo kijken we niet alleen met trots naar onze fabriek, maar ook naar ons magazijn dat sinds lange tijd een onderdeel is van onze Gentse site. Het grootste centrale distributiecentrum is bij ons gevestigd en bevat alle onderdelen van trucks, bussen, constructiematerialen en industriële – en marine motoren. Succesvol zijn en blijven? Daar geloven wij in! Zo hebben we naast een opslagfunctie, ook heel wat nevenactiviteiten waarbij de focus ligt op leveringsprecisie, service en efficiëntie.

Ontmoet jouw team

Als lid van het administratief team Stocktaking bewaak jij dat de stockdata correct is voor alle goederen in stock in ons magazijn in Gent. Bij deviaties voer je het onderzoek uit, en geef je feedback naar de betrokkenen. Samen met je directe collega werk je nauw samen met de collega’s in het magazijn.

Jouw ideale job?
  • Je bewaakt de opvolging van de te tellen stukken, en geeft de wekelijkse tellingen uit
  • Je voert de aanpassingen van de stocksaldo’s uit na de uitgevoerde tellingen
  • Je voert onderzoek naar de stockdeviaties en geeft feedback naar de betrokkenen
  • Je beantwoordt actief de vragen van alle stakeholders, en onderhoudt het klassement

Zijn wij ‘the perfect match’?
  • Je hebt een eerste administratieve ervaring (kan ook stage/vakantiejob zijn).
  • Je kan autonoom werken en leert nieuwe routines snel aan.
  • Je bent punctueel en nauwkeurig in je administratie en kan goed met MS Office werken
  • Logisch denken en je werkt graag probleemoplossend
  • Je bent communicatief sterk.
  • Dit is een tijdelijke functie voor een zestal maanden.
