As a business operations coordinator, you take responsibility for verifying and reporting on the progress of our approved budget expenses. You collaborate with our property, technical, finance, and ESG teams to help us achieve our business goals.

Our Finance team will use these figures to set, monitor and review the KPI’s for our properties. Our ESG team will use the data to report in line with the European CSRD regulation.

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree in Finance and good in business administration; or bachelor degree in Business Administration with strong analytical skills
  • Interest in real estate and sustainability
  • Affinity with figures and spreadsheets
  • Meticulous & analytically minded
  • Relevant experience in processing and reporting financial information preferred
  • Fluent in Dutch and English – preferably also knowledge of French
  • Knowledge of O365
