About The Role

We’re a Digital Experience and Commerce powerhouse! We’re in the business of helping companies to succeed with their digital goals, and are looking for a Commerce Strategy Consultant to join our team of professionals and work with market leading companies locally and globally.

As a Commerce Strategy Consultant, you work with our clients in various stages of their e-commerce and digital maturity. Your primary goal is to help executives and digital managers with clarity on what, why and how to grow and succeed with their digital objectives.

You work from the beginning of a potential client engagement. Participating and positioning our strategy capabilities together with our sales team, to quote and design the engagement/programme that we believe would make the client successful.

We have built a strategic Discovery framework, which follows the principles of the Double Diamond methodology. Together with a team of consultants, UX designers, analysts and technical architects, you will lead the overall engagement and make sure that the activities are leading to the agreed outcomes. A typical Discovery takes 40-50 working days and involves customer insights, technical architecting, readiness assessments and strategy with the recommended phasing of the implementation across technology, people, and processes.

You will also work with selected clients on the continuous execution of their digital programmes. This would entail anything from Growth Consulting (attract, convert & retain tactics) to doing CX assessments together with your UX colleagues to identify improvements.

Examples of what type of activities you might be doing:
  • Build and do presentations in sales meetings to position our experience and competence helping companies to accelerate their digital programmes
  • Facilitate and run workshops related to strategy, business insights and digital enablement
  • Do client SWOT analysis based on competitor and market research
  • Research specific client market and technology trends
  • Assess client capabilities related to digital marketing, order management, product information and customer experience orchestration
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales enablement of our Consulting & UX services and capabilities
  • Recommend, design and co-sell Discovery phases together with the sales team
  • Lead and deliver Discovery phases, from planning to executive presentations
  • Work as a strategic advisor and growth consultant to a few selected existing clients
  • Deliver ad-hoc commerce strategy consulting engagements

Qualifications We’re Looking For
  • Pragmatic and hands-on experience with building and accelerating digital in mid-large companies
  • Understanding of technology in the digital experience and commerce sphere (Commerce, CMS, OMS, CDP, DXP, PIM, DAM..)
  • Solid e-commerce understanding, from CX to operations
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • A strong communicator that can engage people
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Other Experiences That Would Help
  • Experience with digital and e-commerce platform implementation
  • Experience in the agency life
  • Retail and/or B2B experience
