Full time / WAX-IT Car Care Shop

WAX-IT is looking for a fluent French-speaking commercial assistant as we are growing rapidly in the French-speaking part of Belgium, Luxembourg and France. If you’re a car enthusiast with a passion for car care and want to turn your hobby into a career, then this job could be for you!

As a commercial assistant, you are the customer-oriented face of WAX-IT. You will work independently and are responsible for everything related to the sale of our products and services. You have contact with customers and suppliers both via email and telephone. You will welcome customers in the shop and help them make the right choices. You will help maintain the websites and web shops and communicate via email and social media. You enter orders for the distribution network and take care of the administrative follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Walk-in shop sales & advice
  • Customer service online & by phone
  • Supporting our French-speaking professional network
  • Webshop management - products/translations
  • Translation of communication into french

Skills & requirements

  • Extremely customer-friendly, motivated and thorough
  • A very responsible and independent person
  • For this job, we are looking for someone who masters 3 languages; French, Dutch and English.
  • Strong communication skills
  • A good knowledge of all things detailing. Practical experience in this field is also a great asset!
  • Ability to use the office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
