For a company located in Anderlecht, we are looking for a pro-active Customer Service Specialist. You will be working at the world leader in the health and safety protection solutions industry.The Customer Service Specialist Will Be Responsible For
  • The customer overall journey with the company.
  • The identification of excellence opportunities and best practice.
  • The management of back-order situations and their pro-active prevention.
  • The complaints and feedbacks management.
  • The report/dashboard generation and analyse in Power BI.
  • The monitoring of prices and the management of the issues linked to pricing errors.
  • The follow-up of the customers’ orders and providing status updates.
Profile Of Ideal Customer Service Specialist
  • You are perfect trilingual (FR/NL/EN).
  • You have a first experience in an international commercial/marketing or Key Account position in B2B.
  • You are hands on, communicative and result oriented.
  • You have excellent analytical skills.
  • You are driven for customer excellence.
