Votre fonction

Objective of the function : Manage order-to-cash administration, logistics organization and first point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities/Duties :

Customer minded
  • Committing his / her respective facility towards the customers to perform and deliver as per customer
demands and this within respective plant systems and procedures.
  • Ensuring that customer demands / agreements are transferred within our internal systems.
  • Follow-up of fulfilment of commitments.
  • Maintaining (and improving) customer relations.
  • Pro-active communication with customers.
  • Inform customer about production lead times.
  • Follow up of forecasts / planning.
  • Ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded, ensuring on time and correct deliverables.
  • Maintain good contacts between our customers, our different departments and area sales management.
  • Maintain continuous communication with customers regarding any client important information.
  • Pro-active contacts with customers following Corporate requests.

Logistics organization
  • Planning of customer demands (delivery/expedition) into our systems in such a manner that capacity can
be reserved, and that production efficiency can be optimized.
  • Follow up production schemes.
  • Follow up of planning.
  • Follow up of samples.
  • Inform customer in case of arrears and give new delivery periods.

Order-to-cash administration
  • Encode all the customers orders into our systems.
  • Continuously implement, update and improve the quality and EH&S management system.
  • Continuously implement update and improve the Customer Service daily working.
  • Continuously maintain, update and improve the administrative Customer Service data base.
  • Processing orders fluently.
  • Handle customs.
  • Follow up of commercial contracts.
  • Pricing verification.
  • Keeping customer files up-to-date.
  • Handle complaints.
  • Assist new projects.
  • Report and inform on a regular basis the General Manager about irregularities.
  • Invoicing.
  • Statistics.
  • Handle customers visits.
  • Global work instructions translation.

Votre profil

Knowledge/Education and Training: Graduate or equivalent by experience
Experience: 2-3 years experience in a similar function
Skills:
  • Excellent written & spoken knowledge of English
  • Very good written & spoken knowledge of Dutch or German
  • 4th language is an asse
