You’ll be part of the Strategy team, working closely with senior management and focusing on the business lines of Telenet, BASE, and Tadaam for both segments: a) residential and b) SOHO (small office home office).

Here are some key points about the role:

Your tasks as a Data & Insights Analyst

  • Identify & Prioritize Insights: Work with business unit’s facilitators and senior management to determine key insights and reporting needs.
  • Build & Communicate Dashboards: Create and share KPI dashboards that map business unit’s performance.
  • Recommend Improvements: Proactively suggest areas for performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate on Deep Dives: Work with Data & Insights specialists to synthesize complex insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor Business Planning: Assist with budget and forecast updates, creating insights with business stakeholders.
  • Support Colleagues: Help business colleagues with self-service tools.

Our ideal D&I Analyst has …

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a data or business analyst or similar roles
  • Master’s degree in an economic, technical or economic field (Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Science, Digital...) or similar experience
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills. We value different points of view.
  • Strong analytical & result oriented skills
  • Can naturally assume problem solving thinking and has great impact on decision makers
  • Knowledge and experience in telecom, media or consulting or similar industries is a plus
