Documentation Project Manager

In this role you will…

• Support the business in their learning, digital and documentation simplifying journey
• Responsible for the establishment of the business case/ projects charter/ planning and successful implementation of the project
• Collaborate with the project’s lead to manage transversely both the project and the people in the team (if applicable)
• Collaborate with the project’s lead to manage the project’s budget and ensure target is met (if applicable)
• Define and manage the short to long-terms project planning, deliverables and human resources capacity
• Monitor and drive the performance of the projects, ie, deliverables, budget, quality, efficiency Communicate to the appropriate stakeholders the project progression. Bring proposals/ scenarios to issues
• Prepare and present project status to governances in-place / Ensure presentation for gate review process
• Contribute to the change management in the businesses and users experience enhancement by organizing and doing GEMBAs, Problem Solving, Q&A sessions, participation to staff meetings, etc.
• Ensure sustainability at the end of the project
• Ensure identification of interdependencies between projects
• Sharing good projects practices in term of project management to the PM community.

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills

• University degree with a scientific orientation (Engineering, Science)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical Industry: highly scientific environment, with GMP rules.
• Fluent in French and English
  

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• ADP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Certification is a plus (PMP or Prince 2)
• Mastered change and stakeholder management
• Strong abilities to communicate to all levels of the organization, both within Belgium QC and with Global functions
• Resilient, support pressure
• Flexible, open to change
• (Creative) Problem Solving / Troubleshooting, solution oriented
• Knowledge of GMP regulated environment, Pharmacopeia is an advantage
