As Production Manager Insurance you will be responsible for the development of this dynamic insurance company in full expansion. Description

As production manager, you and your colleagues provide an excellent service.
  • You will be responsible for drawing up insurance policies in the automobile sector. This means analysing the risks offered, determining the applicable rate based on the rate structure and the guidelines available to the company.
  • You will act as a liaison with the insurance broker and ensure that files are processed accurately, quickly and efficiently.
  • You perform all administrative tasks accurately.
  • You always use a correct and professional communication during your frequent telephone contact with the insurance broker
  • You are the first point of contact and build a long-term relationship with the broker as an advisor and expert in the field.
  • Your priority is customer satisfaction and problem solving.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business management: finance and insurance or equivalent.
  • You have a perfect command of the Dutch language and good communication skills with a view to exchanging information correctly and smoothly.
