Your journey with us
To support our growing business and client demand we are looking for a senior consultant.
Together with the team you are responsible for the project delivery and supporting our business development initiatives.
- Support in the growth and development of a team and in building & facility management related projects
- Define, shape, lead and deliver projects within a client portfolio
- Give strategic and operational advise in respect of building maintenance and facility services
- Document processes, work instructions and procedures in the area of facility management
- Facility related contract management & vendor relationship management
- Identify and implement SLAs and KPIs as part of a quality management system
- Budget management which includes preparation and management of facility management budgets and management reporting
- Set up and manage (facility related) portfolios
- Managing internal and external stakeholders, and client expectation ensuring the creation of solid client relationships
- Understanding and contributing to the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture
- Guidance through expertise in the creation of facility budgets
- Contract management
- Identifying commercial opportunities
- Supporting business and practice development activities focusing on facility management
- Bachelor or Master degree (Facility Management focus is a definite plus)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in facility management or with a clear link to facility management
- Experience with or a clear interest to develop knowledge in FMIS solutions
- Knowledge of applicable regulation (ARAB & AREI)
- Experience in managing (facility related) projects and/or knowledge of project management methodologies
- Motivated to engage in business development, sales activities and delivery of projects
- Eager to work in a divers context, where a combination of soft skills and analytical skills needs to be applied
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, challenging and varied environment
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English
