As a Cost Control Analyst you will be working at the heart of Allianz.

As Central Project Office (CPO) analist you report into the Manager Cost Control & CPO and you join our Benelux Financial Business Analyse team. Your primary focus will be on the strategic project portfolio of our company. Our CPO team consists of enthusiastic and diverse colleagues – of which 2 primarily focus on CPO activities – who actively support and challenge our senior business partners. Based on facts and figures, you perform regular updates and sharp analytics. Exchanges and reporting to Allianz Group will be limited part of the function.

Project portfolio budgeting and allocation, strong link with our Cost controlling team;
- Maintenance and exploitation of the project portfolio database / datamodel;
- Project portfolio reporting to all layers of the organization, including to our Board of Management;
- Setup & maintain benefit tracking
- Single point of contact for selected business areas of strategic relevance. You will be responsible for sharing, analyzing, challenging of monthly spent, progress and benefit harvesting.
- Initiate advanced automation & dashboarding within our department, targeting simple visualisations of complex questionnaires;
- Ad hoc cost & CPO management support;
- Project participation with application of the agile methodology.
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
- Graduate Bachelor or Master in Economics.
- At least 3-5 year working experience in Business Control or Data Analytics;
- Build relations with strong communication skills;
- Conceptual, analytical and precise;
- Proactive, solution oriented;
- Able to understand, build and maintain complex (data)models;
- Flexible, capable of managing stress and deadlines;
- Fluent English; Speaking Dutch or French is a plus
