About Our Client

We are looking for German speaking Customer Service Representative for our client who is active in the Maritime sector

Job Description
  • handle customers orders and complaints
  • Cooperate with the sales team and supply chain team
  • Follow orders from A-Z
  • Enter data in SAP
  • Manage the daily customer relationship (letters, telephone contacts, transmission of documents)
  • Analyse customer requests, transcribe and share them according to internal procedures cooperate with the sales team
  • Support technical questions from clients (product specifications,...)
The Successful Applicant
  • Mother tongue: German, fluent in French and Dutch
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales
  • Eager to learn
  • Take initiative & be flexible
  • Team player and open minded
