The Gourmet Sales Leader EMEA will lead and develop strategy, sales teams and processes to achieve revenue targets for the sales of the EMEA Gourmet brands and for the imported brands that are marketed in the EMEA region. Ensuring alignment between EMEA and the other regions on the global sales plan. In this role, you will provide strategic vision and tactical direction, oversee and direct the responsibilities of EMEA sales and back office teams and represent the organization in promoting and selling the organization products and services.
Key Accountabilities
- Organize and coordinate sales operations in the EMEA region, holding responsibility for the sales P&L.
- Evaluate market potential and the status of sales in the area in collaboration with sales channel leads (Direct and Distribution Sales managers).
- Plan and organize sales projects and activities for EMEA region, partnering with senior internal stakeholders (Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Product Line Management) to enable the Gourmet business to deliver value to our customers.
- Nurture relationships with senior level stakeholders of strategic and key customers.
- Plan, develop and deliver the Gourmet EMEA strategy for products, services and associated brands in collaboration with the sales channel leads (Direct and Distribution Sales managers), aligning the sales organization towards delivering the strategic targets. Ensuring alignment with peers across other regions (North America, APAC, LATAM) to define the global sales plan for the Gourmet and branded Chocolate products and offerings.
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
- Eight years of related work experience, three years of supervisory experience
- Provides direction, delegating and removing obstacles to get work done.
- Relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.
- Build strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.
