Our client, active in the industrial sector and in full growth, is currently looking for a new HR advisor to expand its team and to manage the training/payroll side at the HR level.
  • Provide proactive day-to-day payroll support, training and be a day-to-day operational support
  • Work with the business to support the implementation of key corporate initiatives and annual processes: recruitment, compensation, performance appraisal, training and development and other HR activities.
  • Responsible for HR administration, payroll management, onboarding and offboarding, training, employment contracts and HR letters, updating employee records, etc.
  • Actively participate in all local HR projects and corporate HR initiatives as needed.
  • Act as an active partner in driving organizational culture and change by driving employee engagement and translating global requirements into local policies, among others.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM or organizational/business studies.
  • 2-5 years of HR experience with an excellent understanding of HR processes, procedures, and the employee lifecycle.
  • Hands-on mentality - show initiative to make the HR process easier and more efficient.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Pragmatic and dynamic personality with a results-oriented approach
  • Bold and have strong organizational awareness; able to deal with and gain trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch. Dutch is a plus and not essential. English is essential (at least B2 level).
