Human Resources Data Specialist

Location: This role can be based from any of the EMEAI Sites

Lubrizol are looking an HR Data Specialist to join the Data Management Team.

The data specialists will be responsible for managing the data entry of all employee life cycle changes in our core HR system of record SAP-HCM and non-employee data entry.

In this role you will be accountable for data integrity, service quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and continuous improvement of all inquiries to maintain accurate employee master data for EMEAI in our core Human Capital Management system and support our customers to achieve business results.

In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for –
  • Updating our core HR system with associated employee data changes, including all employee life-cycle changes, promotions, terminations etc. in line with global procedures to ensure data integrity.
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition team to assist with new hire data activity for EMEAI region.
  • Partner with HR Specialists to set up and maintain organizational structures in our core HCM to align with business needs.
  • Resolve data entry issues to resolution.
  • Validating that associated system integrations and data feeds work appropriately (e.g., transmission of data to downstream system feeds)
  • Create and administer HR audit and compliance processes to validate data entry.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve the quality and timeliness of data delivery.
  • Working with our HR Data Strategist to provide support with reporting and work force analytics to support our business needs.
  • Managing key processes within our HR Management System such as but not limited to
    • Acquisitions and Divestitures data integration
    • Mass uploads of data
    • Maintains non-employee data entries/updates/terminations.
  • Maintains and completes updates as needed to the knowledge base documentation and FAQs
  • Supports training on our core HCM for our global HR system users.
  • Lead and/or participate in HR Technology or other special projects.
To be successful in this role you will need: -
  • Associate degree in business administration, data analytics, statistics or similar degree or equivalent experience (required)
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in HR (required)
  • Experience of trouble shooting systems and MS Office products (required)
