As our HR, Finance, and Administration Officer, you’re the number one go-to person for all administrative matters for the company. From HR to finance, general administration to facilities: you love the responsibility and variation.

icometrix is a fast-growing company offering innovative AI software for medical image analysis to neurologists, radiologists, and scientists all over the world. The headquarters are based in Leuven, Belgium, with a US office in Boston, MA.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support HR administration: be the first point of contact for HR related questions together with VP People (onboarding,...), perform basic HR administration tasks and Payroll while working closely together with our external HR service provider.
  • Support Financial administration: efficiently manage incoming invoices (control, payment, ... ) and outgoing invoices (creation, follow-up of payment,...), preparation for accounting, monthly close.
  • Management Assistance: support for the preparation of business trips, creation of reports and documents, Planning Board of Directors, Management meetings,...
  • Providing general operational and administrative support to the whole organization: support for commercial & internal events, improvement projects, ...
  • Office Management: managing office supplies, reception of customers, filtering incoming calls,...Making sure that our office is a nice place to be and that our visitors and staff always have everything they need. The first point of contact for visitors and for people who call.
  • As you’ll become part of a small team, you’ll be the back-up for your colleagues when necessary. This way you’ll also get in touch with areas such as recruitment, purchase, or general finance. You will be able to work independently and take full responsibility for your tasks.

What do we think you need?

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or a relevant Master’s degree
  • You have at least a first work experience in a similar role.
  • You have high standards and strive for perfection, but you also know how to be pragmatic in order to respect the deadlines and budget.
  • You’re hands-on, you enjoy the combination of setting up a structured approach as well as getting things done yourself. Above all you are solution-oriented.
  • Work accurately and independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills. (English/ Dutch)
