What will you do?

You are responsible for helping to develop our global marketing strategy, for online initiatives, and develop full-fledged strategic solutions. That means that you:

• Create an overarching Marketing Brand Strategy that supports the organizational growth objectives and strategies, consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone for social media, thought leadership, blogs, webinars, presentations, website,...
• Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email, newsletter distribution and earned media.
• Increasing brand awareness with HCPs, Patients, the Pharma industry, KOL’s and patient organizations.
• Develop a measuring system for determining the success of each marketing program, monitoring the development of marketing support collateral, and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Develop and implement a target-based account marketing strategy.
• Forecasting marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
• Generating monthly reports on campaign performance.
• Proactively collaborating with internal stakeholders and managing external vendors.
• Will report to our VP Translational science and work closely with the sales team to create and implement comprehensive policies and programs related to communications and advertising for the US market.
• You work together with 1 senior marketing colleague.
• Co-develop content marketing material for the different target audiences and subsequent events.
• Execute all content marketing initiatives and reference programs to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention.

What do we think you need?

• Proven results as a Marketing/Brand expert in Healthcare, Radiology, or Neurology, preferably CNS area.
• Experience in a Start up-Scale up environment, bring experience and best practices to leverage marketing to drive growth.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of related experience, scientific background, or prior commercial experience is a plus.
• Great project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience developing and overseeing marketing collateral and thought leadership creation, marketing campaign materials for online programs and conferences (i.e. website development & changes, email blasts, banner ad graphics, landing pages, e-books, opt-in programs, earned media, thought leadership creation, etc.).
• Being a ‘product minded’ person, who understands the medical need well; who can shape product definitions based on that, and develop clear value propositions.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing automation and marketing analytics tools, Experience creating, executing, and managing SEM/PPC, SEO, and conversion tracking.
• The editorial mindset seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it: capable of interpreting, editing, creating, and communicating scientific and digital health content.
• Entrepreneurial, multicultural experience, eager to learn with positive energy and a results-oriented attitude, and a service mindset.
• Knowledge of Google Webmaster tools, Certifications preferred: Google Analytics, Google AdWords is a plus.

Salary: €14.00 - €24.00 per hour
