Your internship

Within Group Human Resources, the department People & Business Solutions is responsible for the E2E services towards the business in terms of learning, recruitment and HR partnering.

We are looking for a passionate HR intern to work in the learning & development domain!

You will learn about the activities of a learning partner; from identifying and translating the training needs of the business to the organization of a concrete training.

You help to develop and organise quality training programmes and seek out the most appropriate partners and learning formats.

You plan training courses; take care of the associated communication and training evaluations and you are responsible for the administration.

In addition, you will be assigned to optimize and describe learning processes.

After analysis and discussion with different stakeholders you identify improvement possibilities.

You present your findings and document the designed process.

Your profile

You have an interest in IT and Telecom.

You are a team player but can also work perfectly autonomously.

Advanced user of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word);

You have a very good spoken and written knowledge of Dutch or French and you have at least a basic knowledge of the other language (French/Dutch)

You also have very good analytical skills and are structured.

You’re enthusiastic, open and pragmatic
