About Our Client
Our client is a Professional Services company (about 60 people) where human is at the heart of the business considerations.
Job Description
As HR Manager, you will create the HR function in close collaboration with the Management Team
- Set up the HR strategy that will support the business development of the company
- Build and create a strong employer-branding
- Manage the full recruitment-cycle : the internal recruitment process, the external collaborations (with schools, campus, agencies, ...), support the managers on how to conduct interviews, up to the offer management
- Develop the managers on their leadership skills
- Set up and and organize internal & external training plan
- Implement and Lead the Yearly Appraisal and continuous feedback culture
- Organize the team building events and other activities
- Manage the monthly salary treatment with the payroll provider
The Successful Applicant
The HR Manager that we are looking for has the following profile:
- Dutch and French speaking (English is a plus)
- Proven experience as HR Leader in a high paced environment preferably in the professional services sector
- Successful experience in building HR strategy, vision and processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Trustworthy and attention to detail
- Creative and capable to influence others
- Hands-on and doer, efficient and to the point while capable to take distance and consider the bigger picture
