An international sports company is looking for an HRIS Officer in the office in Jette. As HRIS Officer, you will support the international HR team with their (new) HR system Workday. Do you have a strong interest for information systems and do you have good knowledge of HR processes? Then do not hesitate and apply online.

Tasks For The HRIS Officer

• Provide Workday support for the international HR team
• Be the first point of contact regarding Workday issues and questions
• Support administrative improvement around all stages of the Workday lifecycle
• Support local HR in maintaining and updating Workday during changes in processes
• Configure and test all configurations for assigned modules when there are changes
• Support local HR in gaining knowledge and understanding about the system by preparing communications and support training for users
  

Profile Of The HRIS Officer

• Experience in HR or progressive knowledge of HR processes is a must
• Strong interest for HRIS and even more for Workday
• Experience with Workday is a plus
• Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
• Proactive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organization
