The Indirect Channel Program & Operations Manager manages and develops the core elements of STE iDirect indirect channel program and provides operational support to STE iDirect Sales,Business Partners and Sales operations related to this indirect Channel Program.
Responsibilities:

As our Indirect Channel Program & Operations Manager, you will:

  • Be the operational support for Business Partners, Sales and Sales Operations related to the indirect channel program (bePART)Manage partner recruitment and onboarding of new business partners (mainly resellers,distributors or integrators)
  • Manage
    • And support in yearly business partner target setting and condition sheet renewal process
    • Access to partner tools and contract support
    • Partner certification process with training team
    • Partner requests through different channels and support Marketing joint Marketing actions with Business Partners
    • Business Partner and Program data in SalesForce (CRM), coordination with legal and marketing teams
  • Track business partner performance, reporting to sales and rebate process management, Partner Assessments, funnel reviews
  • Deliver partner program presentations, support during tradeshows, events and partner meetings. Escalation point for sales and business partners
  • In general drive communication to Partners for global & generic business partner activities/topics
  • Develop with training dept. business partner training and webinars,planning and organize delivery
  • Develop and roll-out partner promotions in cooperation with sales, marketing and product management
  • Occasionally follow-up & deliver ad-hoc requests related to sales operations
Qualifications:
As a prerequisite to become our Indirect Channel Program & Operations Manager, you:
  • Hold a masters degree in Economics, applied economics, engineering, marketing or equivalent by experience (Bachelor with some experience)
  • Have good communication skills
  • Are fluent in Dutch or French and English
  • Have knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint
  • Are experienced in Channel Management (is an asset)
  • Have experience with SalesForce or other CRM system (is an asset)
