INTERNAL SALES MANAGER
Key Tasks
- Order intake
- Supply Chain Coordination
- Automotive Supplier Coordination
- Order Planning : coordination with production / logistics and customers in order to replan the OB
- Provision of information to customers
- Follow up of customer queries on products, transport, packaging and pricing
- Interaction between internal sales and sales managers
- Helpdesk: Coordination with customer services, customers and consumers
- Manning of exhibitions – presence at shows
- Invoicing/ raising of credit notes
- Arrears follow up
- Follow up on customer recharing costs/penalties
- Coordination with customers, sales and internal functions on the detail and motivation of a customers recharge
- System Management: loading and / or updating of customer data, prices and conditions into Movex
- Filing: maintenance of (electronic) files with information on conditions, offers and status of transactions
- Ad Hoc Tasks
- Sales Assistance export markets
- Management Supervision and coordination
Wanted Profile
Hard Skills
- Experience in running an internal sales / customer service department in a B2B environment
- Strong process and quality orientation
- Capable of communicating (verbal & presentations) at all levels, from management level to work floor
- Multi-lingual: Dutch, English, German and French
- Technical astute having to ‘process’ technical products
- Strong system skills
- Computer literate (word, excel, ppt)
Soft Skills
- Hands on attitude, prepared to also “work the floor”
- Strong people management skills
- Flexible
- - Prepared to travel extensively in certain periods of the year (presence at consumer or trade exhibitions and customer visits)
- - Prepared to work occasionally irregular hours (trade exhibitions and evening events)
- Strong sense of self-control and self-motivation
- Stress resistant when addressing urgencies in sales, service & warranty and supply chain
- Presents well

Thule Menen, Belgium is a dynamic and rapidly growing BU. We produce mainly: awnings, bike racks, tents and steps for Recreational Vehicles. At the moment we are with about 400 employees, spread out over 3 different sites.
