Are you eager to grow a business to its full potential? To work in an international environment in a trending category? We are excited to be recruiting for a dedicated International Brand Manager to join our Skin Careteam based in our Belgian (Nazareth, Ghent area) location.

Perrigo CSCI is active within various segments answering consumer’s needs within Self Care. The Skin Care category is of great strategic importance and since we’re growing and expanding our skincare journey, we are looking for a brand marketeer to strengthen our marketing team!

Overall consumer interest in skin health is growing including the demand for products that effectively keep the skin looking and feeling healthy, regardless of skin needs, at any age. Skin Care - including medicated skin care, dermacosmetic body care and therapeutic feet & lip care - is a strongly growing segment.


This position will suit a marketing professional who is seeking to become the next skincare expert, who is looking for a new challenge and has the desire to make a difference in an international environment.

As International Brand Manager you will be jointly responsible for driving incremental growth of Perrigo’s Skin Care category, specifically on brands such as Bio-Oil, Dermalex, Wartner & Undofen, by developing new products, concepts and campaigns that can be leveraged to strengthen our brands. In addition, you will support local marketing teams with implementation of category & brand objectives while also providing support for locally driven initiatives. You are a consumer-centric marketeer who is not afraid of taking responsibility, making impact and to challenge when needed. You will report to the Central Category Lead and you will be part of a passionate multidisciplinary team. Effective and influential interpersonal communication and consultative skills are critical success factors for this position.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine business, category & brand strategies.
  • Develop relevant and insight-based innovation & renovation pipeline.
  • Develop campaign, communication materials and innovation toolkits.
  • Collect market & consumer insights and identify relevant business opportunities.
  • Support and challenge key markets’ Skin Care strategies
  • Build strong business cases.

Ideal Profile

  • University Degree in Business Administration or Marketing discipline
  • 1,5 - 3 years of marketing Experience with skin care in an international environment is a plus
  • Willingness to travel from time to time to different EU destinations (outside of Covid restrictions)
  • Excellent command of English: spoken & written
  • Brand champion with a flair for creativity & innovative
  • Open & enthusiastic with the ability to be an influential communicator
  • Target & result oriented, with an agile nature
  • Strategic thinking capabilities, with a hands-on, can do mentality
  • Passionate about working in a multi-disciplinary cross functional team
