The internation al Trainee - Business Development positions is part of the 2 year Kemin Graduate Development Program.As an International Trainee in Business Development, you will be responsible for new business development, product, and project management function. You will oversee the overall management, technical support, and marketing strategy for designated products, supporting the span of the product’s lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
What you’ll be doing:

As the business development trainee, you’ll be responsible for making customers satisfied by testing and evaluating new productsand expanding our current product line. Working alongside the marketing department, you’ll help bring innovative products to the market.

You’ll be a key player in the sales process, taking charge of specific tasks and responsibilities at each step of the way. You’ll also be on the lookout for new distributorsand customers, enrolling them with the help of your local sales representatives.

With your eagle-eye attention to detail, you’ll coordinate account activities and product pricing with staff in other sales areas to meet customer needs and objectives. You’ll also help produce literature about our products and participate in the technical areas of product launches to ensure their success.

As the regulatory liaison for your assigned Product Groups, you’ll be responsible for tracking registration dossiers, and presenting industry information and research findings to external groups. You’ll also attend industry tradeshows, conferences,and events.

Lastly, you’ll put your budgeting skills to the test by developing budgets and allocating resources to ensure we meet our strategic initiatives. Let’s rock the business world together!

Qualifications:

What we expect of you

  • Master’s degree in natural sciences (Chemistry, Biotechnology) or bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent in veterinary/animal science.
  • International experience through Erasmus or equivalent student exchange will be a plus
  • Excited about learning and developing new skills.
  • Self-motivated to achieve business and personal goals.
  • Strong analytical skills for research and testing.
  • You can operate in diverse teams.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Experienced with word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and email (Microsoft Office preferred).
  • Excellent people and organizational skills
  • You should be organized and able to plan your resources effectively, while also being flexible and responsive to changes.
