Looking to gain a first experience in supporting the smooth running of a global organisation? Internal Firm Services (IFS) is the backbone of everything we do at PwC. We’re made up of teams like Marketing, Communications, Human Resources (HR), IT, Procurement, Finance, Facilities, Project Management and more, and together we form the support network of the entire firm. As part of IFS, you’ll help us provide the best possible PwC experience to colleagues and clients.

We’re looking for a talented Intern to join our Human Resources department as part of our Recruitment team as of September 2022 .

What you’ll learn and do

  • Support our selection procedures for junior and experienced applicants, including organising selection days, scheduling interviews, CV screening, discussing candidates with hiring managers, preparing salary offers and contracts, and more.

  • Participate in events like job fairs and internal events with PwC’s people, and help organise other events.

  • Contact specialists from other HR teams, such as learning and development, marketing, payroll and HR operations.

  • You’ll be guided through your entire internship and work closely with your coach and other recruitment colleagues.

Who you are

  • Currently enrolled in your last year’s master degree and eager to learn more about the HR world.

  • Enthusiastic, motivated and a real team player with a passion for people.

  • Good organisational skills and a hands-on mentality.

  • Able to take initiative.

  • Proactive and able to work independently.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Data-driven.

  • Able to express yourself fluently in Dutch or French and English.
