Job Description

Main purpose:

This position exists to make sure we physically have the right stock at the right place at the right time. To validate the definition of right stock ( i.e. healthy stock), the main Key Performance indicators to take into account are service level, inventory value (in Days On Hand, value and obsolete results), On time Collection and On Time Delivery for freight. As the role focusses on short term stock availability, understanding & follow-up of in- & outbound transport, production & customer orders and key logistics processes is required.

Accountabilities:

  • Daily follow-up of in transit stock and monitoring of actual leadtime vs plan
  • Creation and follow up of stock transfers
  • Manual PO Creation
  • Invoicing and open PO management
  • Providing of information for Daily Available to Promise process to customer Collaboration
  • Daily Reporting and rootcausing of On time- In Full
  • Manage excise duties process (drinks BE)
  • Daily alignment with inventory planners, customer collaboration and logistics
  • Weekly allignement with Short Term Inventory Lead
  • Daily reporting and follow up

Qualifications/Requirements

Key skills/Experience:

  • Analytical skills to use/understand inventory governance cycle and Service Level.
  • Understand complex sourcing network and supply chain set-up for timely decision making or escalation.
  • Proactivly shares informations with others throughout PepsiCo
  • Communicates persuasively to win support.
  • Leverages understanding of key business drivers in own area to get results.

Functional expertise
  • Bachelor/master degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, BA or related fields)
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with the external parties, various CS&L, finance and sourcing functions (Demand/supply planning & Manufacturing plants).
  • Able to transform data and information into meaningful insights.
  • Knowledge of retail (multi-channel) supply chain is an advantage.
  • Computer literate: Excel, Word, Power Point & solid understanding and technical capability to use integrated planning systems, preferred: JDA & SAP or local ERP/IT.
  • Fluency in English.
