Robert Half is currently looking for an Investment Analyst for a company situated in Antwerp.

Our client is a developer, investor in and manager of infrastructure and related real estate assets.

The main accountabilities for this job include:

Review new investment opportunities and prepare investment models;
Perform quantitative and qualitative due diligence and manage external advisors;
Support the team in arranging debt facilities;
Day-to-day responsibility for multiple assets under management supervision of the Portfolio Directors;
Perform various tasks related to reporting, monitoring investments, market-research, internal requests, and marketing efforts;
Build and maintain a professional contact network.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in a relevant functional domain (consultancy, investment banking,…);
Relevant master’s degree;
Knowledge of the analytical framework of infrastructure investments;
Excellent proficiency in Excel;
Strong relationship building skills and communication skills;
Team player, solution driven as well as a practical and flexible mind set;
Attention to detail;
Ability to demonstrate high professional standards, project confidence and dynamism while maintaining a "yes we can" attitude;
Proactive mind set and out reaching professional;
Fluency in Dutch or French, professional proficiency for English, other European languages are plus.
