Who are we looking for

We’re looking for an experienced IT Service Desk & Quality Assurance Expert to ensure that our innovative and high-quality products meet the company’s quality standards.

Main responsibilities

• Have ownership of the quality of products
• Work closely with the PO to assure that all the requirements are clear, testable, and not ambiguous
• Monitor manual tests
• Create and monitor automated test cases
• Analyze automation results
• Provide support to the development team prior to deployment to the test environment
• Find the root cause for bugs
• Actively contribute to the team improvement procedures and flows
• Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action
• Work closely with the developers to identify bugs as fast as possible
• Follow up bugs to be sure that the team is aware of them and will be fixed according to the priority agreed with the PO
• Monitor service desk activities

Required skills & experience

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• English fluency - spoken & written
• Proactivity & problem solving skills. Proactive in solving risks and issues in a timely manner, or to re-prioritize on close collaboration with the development teams and project owner/clients.
• Experience with agile project approaches (Scrum)
• Knowledge about / experience with:
• Automation tests, any of the following technologies: gRPC, GHZ framework for gRPC API
• Bonus: affinity with financial markets and wealth management
• Bonus: public & private cloud solutions (Azure/OpenStack)
• Bonus: knowledge & experience with microservices and containerization technologies

Place of work: InvestSuite office in Leuven, Warsaw or Romania (on site attendance 3 days/week required, however currently this requirement may differ taking into account Covid19 measures)
