What’s in a workday?

  • You organise and lead the team that is responsible for the proper functioning of the

Profiles


Your Software

  • You have 3 to 5 years experience as a Support Engineer and have worked with SD Tools.
  • You are familiar with the ITIL methodology and already have an ITIL CDS certificate or
  • You are willing to obtain it within 6 months.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of products and technologies for IT service management and IT infrastructure management.
