The Quality Manager Sales and Services for Benelux & Nordics region ensures that the Quality System is properly established and effective throughout the Sales & Service organization and drives improvement processes.

Location: Benelux or Nordics, #REMOTE
  • Ensure the Quality System complies with customer expectations, regulatory requirements and corporate policies
  • Maintain needed regulatory compliance and certifications (ISO9001 currently)
  • Ensure risks are properly managed and change effectiveness assessed
  • Drive improvement plans throughout the organization to improve and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Review service process quality issues and work with service managers towards improving the quality of services throughout their life cycle
  • Organize management and process reviews as well as internal audits
  • Provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards
  • Work with leadership, commercial partners and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are achieved
  • Support Sales team for tenders and establish customer quality agreements
  • Support Service teams on site and for customer audits
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in science or engineering or quality fields
  • 8 to12 years of experience in a quality role, a service organization or laboratory environment; 2-5 years of experience in management
  • Knowledge of the following quality standards: Required: ISO 9001 Desired: GxP, 14001, 45001, 17025
  • Good communication skills, leadership, can work independently, able to engage internal stakeholders in QMS ownership, sensitive to working in a multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – advanced level
  • Experienced in data analysing
  • Experience of ERP is advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial and Action oriented that leads to new ways to accomplish organizational goals
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Fluency in English, Dutch is considered a plus
  • This role requires travel across Benelux & Nordic countries +/- 10%
