As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping, financial controls, tax filing, and coordination of cash management. Description

  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and reconcile inter-system accounts efficiently.
  • Ensure financial controls are implemented and followed.
  • Prepare expense reports and collaborate with tax specialists for tax filing (CIT, VAT, IPT, Wage tax).
  • Assist in investment accounting.
  • Coordinate cash management activities when necessary.
  • Prepare audit files and support external audits.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to their implementation.
  • Handle payments processes and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Support the accounts payable process.

Profiles

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proficiency in either French or Dutch, along with excellent English language skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
