We’re looking for talented Junior Consultant in Change Management to join our Management Consulting department as of September 2022.

What you’ll learn and do

  • Understand the business to proactively support the scope of the change management action

  • Propose appropriate qualitative solutions, contributing to the change approach, schedule and deliverables

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities

  • Coordinate and contribute to change activities (communications, coaching, training, post-implementation support, prepare documentations, etc.) in alignment with the project

  • Support management and collaborators, so everyone’s equipped to contribute to the project’s success

  • Measure the efficiency of your change actions and perfect them as needed

  • Stay on top of developments in change management and implement them in your daily work

Who you are

  • Master’s degree in psychology, pedagogy, sociology, communications, business administration

  • Maximum 2 years of work experience, or now completing your final year of studies

  • Analytical mind and lots of creativity

  • Able to adapt to your audience easily

  • Able to support, influence and coach people

  • Proactive, client-oriented mindset

  • Ability to process and derive insights from large amounts of data, using the appropriate tools

  • Ability to transform challenges into opportunities

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Eager to learn

  • Fluent in English and either Dutch or French; working knowledge of the other
