The Junior Digital Designer supports the design of world class digital learning solutions aligned to Deloitte University EMEA’s standards of excellence, digital strategy and design methodology, and consults in various areas of digital learning.

The opening is a great opportunity for someone to be part of the team developing Deloitte University EMEA for the future.

We are hiring a Junior Digital Designer to join the DU EMEA design team on a one-year contract starting April 2022.

Location: to work at your current location and open to travel to the DU EMEA facility.

Your responsibilities:

  • Partners with the programme and design teams to identify gaps and opportunities for continuous learning solutions and digital elements
  • Designs world-class and user centric digital learning solutions (e.g. Videos, podcasts, websites, blogs, surveys, collaboration tools and email marketing tools) aligned to DU EMEA’s standards of excellence and digital strategy
  • Supports the development process of digital learning solutions
  • Understands the delivery requirements and works closely with project team to ensure design and delivery plan are aligned
  • Builds, tracks and reports against a project plan for design
  • Measures the success of behavioural change programmes through the use of analytics and robust benefits management, whilst also sharing areas of improvement on learning solutions in a timely manner
  • Develops themself to become a subject matter expert in the area of digital learning
  • Remains up-to-date with the latest digital learning technologies and current trends within Deloitte and externally
  • Supports the design team in advancing their thinking on modern digitized solutions

Let’s Talk About You
  • At least two years of demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of innovative digital learning solutions
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Able to develop an engaging and effective digital learning experience according to design principles Possesses technical skills (such as coding, video production, animation, etc.) to turn ideas into reality
  • Knowledge and expertise in digital tools and programs to design engaging digital content
  • Manages system configurations, settings, upgrades and updates
  • Creative, innovative thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
  • Effective at managing multiple stakeholders
  • Able to effectively build relationships in a virtual environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
