Your responsibilities:

As part of the Legal & Compliance department, your task is to improve the efficiency of the business by ensuring effective management of various contracts in my client’s Contract Management System (CMS). You provide Legal & Administrative support to the EMEA Legal Affairs & Compliance department and support different programs (i.e. Privacy program) to set up automated systems.

You will be responsible:

- implement the tool in all business units and assist in the maintenance of it.

- take the lead and act proactive to enrol the system. You will conduct trainings on the CMS-tool and contracting process to business clients and business units.

- prepare reports regarding the contract management and help in automating workflows.

- assist in requests and issues related to contract management and provide advice to internal business clients & legal counsels.

- responsible to draft, review and negotiate various Healthcare related contracts and NDA’s.

- manage the corporate housekeeping of the business. You will help drafting and follow-ups of templates and standard contracts.

Your profile

#Passion for Legal Tech

#Min. 3 years’ experience

#IT skills – Tech savy

#English

  • You have obtained a Bachelor or Master in Laws, Economics or Engineering or Information Technology, with min. 3 years experience
  • You have affinity with legal tech systems (for example as a paralegal) and/or in Medical devices, Pharmacy and/or IT.
  • You have a passion for innovative technologies & a future-focused digital society.
  • Excellent level of English
  • You have IT-skills and tech-savy and have expertise with MS Office & SAP.
  • You apply a proactive approach. You have excellent organizational & interpersonal skills.
  • You are able to work independently on projects. You have analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are eager to work in a proactive and stimulating environment.
