In charge of the order management and logistic process in order to guarantee a timely delivery of products/goods to the customers according to the instructions and rules.

Enter the orders in the system and check that they comply with the customer’s expectations. Inform the Sales Department in case of problems and proposes a solution
2. Follow up of the order in each step of the workflow: Credit check, lease check, book order; follow-up of the external PO
3. Coordinates the deliveries with transport companies and the customer and keep informed the technical department.
4. Process orders for second hand machine
5. Answer and process all questions regarding logistic movements.
6. Keep the delivery schedule up to date.
7. In charge of the offers for removals; coordinate removals in accordance with the customer’s expectations.

What we ask

Bac +3 / Transport / Logistic / Accountanting
Planning and organizational skills / Accounting knowledge
3 years experience in a similar field / good knowledge of computer tools and great flexibility
Languages : French/ English
