  • Order handling for the goods stored in the warehouse.
  • Compose, prepare and input customer orders.
  • Compiling consolidation orders.
  • Analyzing and communicating out of stock.
  • Manage empty pallets: administrative processing, placing orders.
  • Problem solving and communication to the customer.
  • Point of contact for non-compliant discharges, drawing up complaints file and forwarding to supplier, calculating costs, investigating outstanding arrivals.
  • Accepting incoming EADs (alcohol) and following up stock administration
  • Administrative processing of damaged pallets.
  • Processing of inactive pallets.
Schedule
  • Alternating schedule between 8.00 and 17.36 (during a complete week in one of the following schedules: 8h-16u06; 9h-17h06; 9h30-17h36) for a good work-life balance
  • Back-up (homework) optional and to be discussed after the initial training period (either on Saturday or on Sunday working from 7h-11h)

  • Bachelor thinking level or equivalent through experience
  • Proficient in written and spoken Dutch and English
  • Good communication skills
  • Accurately and independently
  • Efficient and result-oriented
  • Being able to keep an overview and set priorities
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package
