Description:

For an international client specialised in thetextile industry we are looking for a management assistant (m/f/x).

Your role :

  • Assistance to the Regulatory Affairs Director in daily administration related to various projects, as well as monitoring of regulatory developments ;
  • Update the key stakeholder and member contact details on the client’s platform ;
  • Meeting set-up, including inviting guests, registering attendance, preparing agenda and template documents ;
  • Attending meetings, drafting minutes and following up on action points from previous meetings ;
  • Submit a weekly newsletter using the existing software template ;
  • Keeping the database updated ;
  • Administratives tasks to support the creation, revision, and maintaining of technical documents.
Profile

Profile :

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Translation, Political Sciences or realted field ;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international environment ;
  • Experience in organising logistics and administration ;
  • Proven track record of managing projects with limited supervision ;
  • IT skills: proficient Office and web-based tools, video conference tools ;
  • Used to adapt to different tools/database ;
  • Languages: fluency in English (C1 to C2) other language is an asset.
