DepartmentTechnical & Electronic TeamsYour role and responsibilitiesAs Market Management Specialist, you are responsible for the development and expansion of an assigned (sub)market(s), in this case Agri.- Conducting market research and analysis in order to detect proper development and commercial opportunities.
- Create mid- to longterm strategic document for the designated (sub)market in which clear direction towards growth is defined and cascaded down into focus projects.
- Support & follow-up kick-off to launch of market management focus projects.
- Capturing customer needs.
- Detecting (potentially) interesting negotiations and providing support for acquisitions that offer a strategic significance for TVH, and conducting a cost-efficient acquisition and marketing policy for this.
- Providing technical and commercial support to employees.
- Overseeing the TVH database so that it continues to grow with relevant data. Ensuring that a correct price policy is applied by consulting with the various departments.
- Performing a number of marketing-related tasks in support of the department.
- You have a technical background and experience in the agri market.
- You have a Master’s Degree or equivalent by experience. You have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- You have a very good knowledge of English and French. Other languages are a plus.
- You have strong communication and commercial skills.
- You’re a positive critical thinker with a healthy ’do’ attitude.
- You have strong analytical skills, are fluent with data/numbers and can generate insights to help advance the business.
- You have a high sense of ownership and take initiative.
- You are decisive and can react quickly and effectively.
- You are able to deal with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- You are stress-resistant and can work with tight deadlines.
- You are flexible and able to travel.
