DepartmentTechnical & Electronic TeamsYour role and responsibilitiesAs Market Management Specialist, you are responsible for the development and expansion of an assigned (sub)market(s), in this case Agri.
  • Conducting market research and analysis in order to detect proper development and commercial opportunities.
  • Create mid- to longterm strategic document for the designated (sub)market in which clear direction towards growth is defined and cascaded down into focus projects.
  • Support & follow-up kick-off to launch of market management focus projects.
  • Capturing customer needs.
  • Detecting (potentially) interesting negotiations and providing support for acquisitions that offer a strategic significance for TVH, and conducting a cost-efficient acquisition and marketing policy for this.
  • Providing technical and commercial support to employees.
  • Overseeing the TVH database so that it continues to grow with relevant data. Ensuring that a correct price policy is applied by consulting with the various departments.
  • Performing a number of marketing-related tasks in support of the department.
How to succeed / Your profile
  • You have a technical background and experience in the agri market.
  • You have a Master’s Degree or equivalent by experience. You have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • You have a very good knowledge of English and French. Other languages are a plus.
  • You have strong communication and commercial skills.
  • You’re a positive critical thinker with a healthy ’do’ attitude.
  • You have strong analytical skills, are fluent with data/numbers and can generate insights to help advance the business.
  • You have a high sense of ownership and take initiative.
  • You are decisive and can react quickly and effectively.
  • You are able to deal with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • You are stress-resistant and can work with tight deadlines.
  • You are flexible and able to travel.
