In the MDM & Application Specialist role, you will join our IT department and ensure the smooth operation of mobile devices and applications in line with Securitas’ guidelines.


Your responsibilities:

  • Build a thorough global knowledge and expertise in the applications used.
  • Capturing problems, reporting wishes and needs to the manager.
  • Monitoring enrolment and rolling out new versions of the devices.
  • Managing devices in the MDM.
  • Preparing manuals.
  • Preparing and giving internal presentations and demos.
  • Defining and/or updating business processes related to MDM & OMCFS applications.
  • Streamlining and managing support flows.
  • Participating in projects and working groups.


Our expectations


  • A fluent knowledge of Dutch/French/English, both verbal and written. You will be in regular contact with a number of countries for application management.
  • You are IT-minded, have a passion for digitalisation, as well as a first working experience within this domain.
  • Knowledge of MDM - Airwatch and/or Soti.
  • You can work autonomously and think in a problem-solving way.
  • You are communicative, eager to learn and have a sense of initiative.
