This Role

The Microsoft Practice Lead is responsible for the growth and development of our Microsoft teams and the quality delivered. You emphasize this focus on talent, team, and technology both internally and externally.

The Practice Lead collaborates closely with the Solution Manager, supporting the implementation of the strategy and translating it into a concrete operational plan.

Alongside the PMO team and service centre, you are accountable for efficiently and qualitatively delivering our current projects.

Key responsibilities

• You inspire the team to deliver their best work, focusing on quality and efficiency
• You translate the strategy into an operational plan that considers billability, team objectives, R&D initiatives, and more
• You act as the manager for the Microsoft team coaches, who are responsible for the day-to-day coaching of team members
• You manage resource planning to ensure the right person is assigned to the right project, leveraging the strengths of our employees
• You develop guidelines for project delivery and implementing best practices
• You work closely with HR to achieve team growth through new hires
• You support projects with your extensive technical skills when needed
• You manage in-depth discussions with customer stakeholders, either in a project context or as presales support

• You have strong knowledge and proven experience in working with the Microsoft stack, especially SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and Azure
• Communication comes easily to you{{:}} you can adjust your language to the audience in front of you
• You are an excellent people manager and have proven experience in this area
• You have strong problem-solving skills, can switch context fast while keeping a clear overview
• You have a customer-oriented mindset
• You speak Dutch and English fluently
