The challenge:

We are looking for Payroll specialists, Analysts, Time admin professionals and a Payroll Transformation Manager. We have several challenging positions open at the moment where you will have the opportunity to be involved in our remarkable payroll transformation project.

We are looking for talent with:

  • Proven Payroll, Time admin and/or payroll transformation management experience
  • Excellent communication skills at different levels: external partners, workers & stakeholders
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Total ownership of your scope
  • Insight in the agile way of working is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of social legislation
  • Aptitude and interest in working with and improving payroll systems (preferably SAP)

Someone who is:

  • Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
  • Mathematically/analytical strong
  • Ready to join our amazing talented team and ready for the challenge
