Summary Of The Role
- Define TSS GBL quality objectives, budget and annual improvement plan
- Lead non-Quality Cost collection over TSS. Drive routines and action plan with respective teams to avoid /decrease the non-quality causes and to achieve targeted savings. Lead NQC budget construction with finance and regions.
- Consolidate customer complaints, risks and major incidents at TSS GBL level and coordinate improvement plans.
- Ensure that quality performances of our products and services in the field (region and final customer) meet SLA.
- Consolidate and report quality KPI dashboard for TSS GBL
- In collaboration with the other members of the quality team, ensure that actions needed to improve the quality perceived by our customer are properly implemented. Drive and challenge NPS Customer Satisfaction action plan
- Animate the network of regional quality managers to :
- measure performances of our products and services,
- define and manage improvement plan,
- coordinate quality crisis in the field,
- coordinate and manage communication about quality issues and risk between group & regions but also between regions
- collect and report the Non Quality costs. Lead consolidation and followup routines and reduction plan.
- Consolidate Non Quality Costs at TSS GBL level and drive the rationalization plans
- Ensure that all customer claims and risks are reported and treated/answered. Follow-up the mitigation and eradication plan
- Prepare, maintain and distribute KPI dashboards to management.
- Engineering degree is preferred (Electronics, Electro-mechanics, mechanics,…)
- 3-5 years’ experience in Quality Management / Project Management with Quality experience / Continuous Improvement
- Ability to synthetize for management reporting and presentation
- Track record in workshop animation, brainstorming and ideation, RCA and problem solving methodology
- “Process-thinking” and bring this way of thinking to the teams
- Data Analysis skills (Pareto, …)
- Project management skills
- High sense of communication to coordinate actions among various teams
- Teamwork and cross-cultural, cross-organizational collaboration
- Structured, organized and Perseverant
- Fluent in English
