????YOUR MISSION
  • As a Process Manager you collaborate with other delivery leads to establish a shared vision and optimize delivery models.
  • You support the implementation of best practices and organizational principles for enhanced effectiveness.
  • You maintain adherence to priorities based on program planning, considering business, roadmap, and quality requirements.
  • You are part of the Agile guild and guide other team members with best practices, guidelines and facilitate communication between delivery teams
  • As a People Manager you are responsible for performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, career development, skill improvement… of your team members.
  • Together with another colleague, You coach, guide and mentor 4 agile teams (60 FTE) that develop business applications (in Java).
  • As the Hiring Manager, You participate in the hiring process, ensuring alignment with company values and team dynamics.
  • You maintain relationships with suppliers for external consultants and long-term resource planning
????who Are You
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in leading software delivery teams as a Software Project Manager, Process Manager, R&D Manager, IT Manager, IT Team Lead, Release Train Engineer, IT Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Product Manager, Software Development Manager, Agile Coach, or similar positions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to navigate diverse cultures and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Travelling across the world is not required.
