BePark is a digital smart parking pioneer. We operate parkings and connect them to an ecosystem to create value for users, owners and the community. We operate currently out of Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. Not only do we have an online product for Building owner, tenant and end-users but we also allow our users to magically get in and out of a parking area using AI via license plate recognition, the press of a button on their smartphone or other physical devices, …. How cool is that?!

Requirements

As Product manager, you join the product department of BePark. With your experience in product management and your ability to communicate and prioritise, you will quickly take responsibilities in shaping the new mobility experience of thousands of smart city commuters! Besides the product development we’ll encourage you to shape the product management process from the discovery phase all the way to phasing out parts of the product based on data and user feedback.

Here is a sneak peek of the environment you’ll jump in

• We work in an agile environment leveraging scrum methodologies and alike
• We have a product vision articulated in phases to adjust to the fast moving market: Now (next 6 weeks), Next (next 2-3 months), Later/maybe (giving a direction)
• You’ll report to the Chief Product Officer
• You get to shape the Product management process and the tools to scale it

Requirements:

• 3 years working experience in product management and Software development
• Expressing yourself fluently in English (any other main EU language is an asset)
• User and customer focus
• Very strong analytical skills with proven ability to go from data to information leading to clear conclusions and actions
• Expert in communication with strong decision-making skills
• Confident team player working with developers, designers, CSMs/Sales Reps

Working with the CPO, you’ll be responsible for defining, building and growing a product in our product portfolio.

This includes:

• First and foremost, you understand the mobility market, its various stakeholders and the environment in which your product is used to bring this context to your squad.
• Using quantitative and qualitative analysis you’re able to create and support your vision and the order of your next priorities.
• With your ability to connect the dots you articulate easily how your roadmap feeds and supports the overall product strategy
• Because you communicate as clearly as you breathe, you are able to align the other department with your product vision and leverage the BePark community to identify opportunities to deliver the most value every step of the way.
• Finally, you are always in touch with your clients, your users, the evolution of their needs and the competition. You are able to learn, to build your minimum lovable product, to ship it to see what sticks and to iterate.
