De business unit waarin we ons bevinden staat in 2025 voor grote uitdagingen. Niet alleen gaan we hogere volumes verf moeten produceren, we gaan ook de implementatie van SAP4H aan. Hiervoor hebben we tijdelijk nood aan een extra productieplanner, waardoor het huidige team zich kan focussen op de implementatie.

Functieomschrijving

In één zin: je staat in voor de opmaak, het bewaken en aanpassen van een kost effectieve en veilige productieplanning en personeelsbezetting, om zo te voldoen aan de dagelijkse productiebehoeften.

Een blik op het takenpakket:

  • Je bent back-up voor je collega planners
  • Opstellen, bewaken en bijstellen van operationele productieplannen (rekening houdend met batchgrootte, kleur, productiecapaciteit, beschikbaar personeel, levertijd van leveringen, …)
  • De beschikbaarheidsdata van eindproducten bepalen & bewaken door de productieplannen bij te werken zodat de bestellingen van klanten tijdig klaar zijn
  • Voorbereiden van documentatie voor productie - in samenwerking met de productieafdeling en Local Processing
  • Samenwerken met de productieafdeling om de beschikbaarheid van producten te garanderen en risico’s als gevolg van storingen, vertragingen in leveringen te voorkomen
  • Efficiënt en kosteneffectief plannen en organiseren van de personeelsbezetting
  • Efficiënt en kosteneffectief plannen en organiseren van de productieactiviteiten
  • OTIF rapportage
  • Opmaken van wekelijkse rapporten
